Article 1 (Purpose)
The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to govern the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided on the website operated by Page Lab (hereinafter referred to as "Company").
Article 2 (Definition of Member)
"Member" refers to an individual who accesses the website of the company, registers as a Page Lab online member under these Terms and Conditions, and receives the services provided by the company.
Article 3 (Sign Up)
① Users can sign up by providing their membership information in the form specified by the company and indicating their agreement to these terms and conditions.
② The sign-up contract is established once Page Lab approves the applicant's submission.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of Services)
① This site offers the following services to its members:
- Information about medical staff and treatments is available at this site.
- Various services are provided in collaboration with other companies.
② The company reserves the right to change the services offered in case of unavoidable circumstances. If changes occur, the updated service details and availability date will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
③ The company is not liable for any damages incurred by users due to changes in the service content, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the company.
Article 5 (Service Interruption)
① In the event of maintenance, system failures, communication interruptions, or other force majeure circumstances, the company may temporarily suspend service provision.
② The company may discontinue current services altogether if it decides to replace them with a new service or for any other appropriate reason.
③ The company will not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of services described in Paragraphs 1 and 2. However, this exclusion does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the company.
Article 6 (Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification)
① Members may request the site to cancel their membership registration at any time (withdrawal of membership), and the company will immediately take steps to cancel the member registration of the member upon receiving the request.
② If a member falls under the following reasons, the site may cancel the member's membership.
- If false information is registered when applying for membership.
- If the company threatens order by interfering with other people's use of the service or stealing information.
- If the company sells unverified false information or other unauthorized items.
- If the company uses this site as a place for medical treatment or advertising for medical treatment that is not permitted.
- If the company interferes with the website's operation by changing the information provided.
- If the company uses the center to commit acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals.
- If the company violates these Terms and Conditions.
- If the company determines it is inappropriate to continue membership for other reasons.
Article 7 (Notice to Members)
When the company issues notifications to members, such communications may be disseminated through the email address or telephone number provided by the member.
Article 8 (Protection of Member Personal Information)
Under relevant laws and regulations, the site protects its members' personal information, including application data. Protecting members' personal information is governed by these applicable legal frameworks and the "Personal Information Protection Policy" established by the company.
Article 9 (Obligations of the Company)
① The company shall abstain from engaging in any activities prohibited by applicable laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, or contrary to public order and morals. The company is committed to ensuring the continuous and stable provision of services following these Terms and Conditions.
② The company shall take all necessary measures to safeguard the information security of its users by implementing adequate technical safeguards and diligently managing personal information, including credit information.
③ The company shall strive to deliver high-quality services through equitable and sound management practices, accompanied by ongoing research and development efforts. This commitment aims to enhance customer satisfaction and foster the advancement of the Internet business sector.
④ The company shall refrain from sending unsolicited commercial electronic communications to users.
Article 10 (Member Responsibilities Concerning Email and Password Management)
① Each member is responsible for managing their personal email accounts and passwords, except when the company is liable under applicable laws and the "Personal Information Protection Policy."
② Members are prohibited from allowing third parties to utilize their email accounts or passwords.
③ Should a member become aware that their email or password has been compromised or is being utilized by an unauthorized individual, they must promptly inform the company and adhere to any instructions.
Article 11 (Deletion of Public Posts)
If the content of a public post violates public order and morals, is related to criminal acts, or defames other members or third parties, the company may delete the public post without prior notice to the member, and the user may have their membership restricted, suspended, or terminated.
Article 12 (Copyright Ownership and Use Restrictions)
① The copyright and other intellectual property rights on works produced by the company are owned by the company itself.
② Users are explicitly prohibited from utilizing the information obtained from the website for commercial purposes. Furthermore, users must not permit any third parties to reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise utilize this information without obtaining prior written consent from the company.
Article 13 (Dispute Resolution)
① Except as specified in these Terms of Use, all disputes related to the utilization of the service shall be resolved through mutual agreement to the greatest extent feasible.
② Should a user have a complaint or wish to provide feedback regarding the website, they are encouraged to submit their concerns or opinions via email.
③ In the event that the site determines that the submitted complaint or feedback is valid, priority will be given to the resolution of the issue. However, if immediate resolution is not attainable, the user will be promptly informed of the reasons for the delay and the anticipated schedule for processing the matter.
Article 14 (Jurisdiction and Governing Law)
① Any lawsuit regarding a dispute arising from the use of the service between the company and the user shall be brought to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
② Korean law shall apply to any e-commerce lawsuit between the company and the user.
These Terms are effective as of August 31, 2026, and will remain in effect until replaced by updated Terms.
