제1조 목적

본 약관은 페이지랩(이하 ‘본원’)에서 운영하는 인터넷 홈페이지에서 제공하는 인터넷 관련 서비스(이하 ‘서비스’)의 이용에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 회원 정의

"회원"이란 본원의 홈페이지에 접속하여 본 약관에 따라 페이지랩 온라인 회원으로 가입하여 본원에서 제공하는 서비스를 받는 자를 말합니다.

제3조 회원가입

① 이용자는 본원이 정한 양식에 따라 회원정보를 기입한 후 본 약관에 동의한다는 의사표시를 함으로써 회원가입을 신청합니다.
② 회원가입계약의 성립시기는 페이지랩의 승낙이 가입신청자에게 도달한 시점으로 합니다.

제4조 서비스의 제공 및 변경

① 본원은 회원에게 아래와 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.
 - 본원의 의료진 및 진료 안내
 - 본원이 타 업체와 제휴해서 제공하는 각종 서비스
② 본원은 불가피한 사정이 있는 경우 제공하는 서비스의 내용을 변경할 수 있으며, 이 경우 변경된 서비스의 내용 및 제공 일자를 명시하여 그 제공 일자 이전 7일부터 공지합니다.
③ 본원은 서비스 내용의 변경으로 인하여 이용자가 입은 손해에 대하여 배상하지 아니합니다. 단, 본원의 고의 또는 중과실이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.

제5조 서비스의 중단

① 본원은 시스템 등 장치의 보수 점검 / 교체 및 고장 / 통신의 두절 / 기타 불가항력적 사유가 발생한 경우에는 서비스의 제공을 일시적으로 중단할 수 있습니다.
② 새로운 서비스로의 교체 기타 본원이 적절하다고 판단하는 사유에 기하여 현재 제공되는 서비스를 완전히 중단할 수 있습니다.
③ 본원은 제1항, 제2항의 사유로 서비스 제공이 일시적으로 중단됨으로 인하여 이용자 또는 제 3자가 입은 손해에 대해서는 배상하지 아니합니다. 단, 본원의 고의 또는 중과실이 있는 경우에는 그러하지 아니합니다.

제6조 회원 탈퇴 및 자격 상실

① 회원은 본원에 언제든지 자신의 회원 등록을 말소해 줄 것(회원 탈퇴)을 요청할 수 있으며, 본원은 위 요청을 받은 즉시 해당 회원의 회원 등록 말소를 위한 절차를 밟습니다.
② 회원이 다음 각 호의 사유에 해당하는 경우, 본원은 회원 자격을 상실시킬 수 있습니다.
 - 가입 신청 시에 허위 내용을 등록한 경우
 - 다른 사람의 서비스 이용을 방해하거나 그 정보를 도용하는 등 질서를 위협하는 경우
 - 본원 내에서 검증되지 않는 허위 정보 및 기타 허락되지 않은 물품의 판매행위를 하는 경우
 - 본원 내에서 허락되지 않는 진료 행위 또는 진료 행위를 위한 선전의 장소로 이용하는 경우
 - 본원 내에 제공되는 정보를 변경하는 등 홈페이지 운영을 방해한 경우
 - 본원을 이용하여 법령과 본 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하는 경우
 - 본 약관을 위반한 경우
 - 기타 회원으로서의 자격을 지속시키는 것이 부적절하다고 판단되는 경우

제7조 회원에 대한 통지

본원은 회원에 대한 통지를 하는 경우, 회원이 본원에 제공한 전자우편 주소 또는 전화번호로 할 수 있습니다.

제8조 회원의 개인정보보호

본원은 관련 법령이 정하는 바에 따라서 신청 정보를 포함한 회원의 개인정보를 보호하기 위하여 노력합니다. 회원의 개인정보보호에 관해서는 관련 법령 및 본원이 정하는 "개인정보보호정책"에 정한 바에 의합니다.

제9조 본원의 의무

① 본원은 법령과 본 약관이 금지하거나 공서양속에 반하는 행위를 하지 않으며 본 약관이 정하는 바에 따라 지속적이고, 안정적으로 서비스를 제공하는 데 최선을 다합니다.
② 본원은 이용자의 신용정보를 포함한 개인신상정보의 보안에 대하여 기술적 안전 조치를 강구하고 관리에 만전을 기함으로써 이용자의 정보보안에 최선을 다합니다.
③ 본원은 공정하고 건전한 운영과 지속적인 연구•개발을 통하여 양질의 서비스를 제공함으로써 고객 만족을 극대화하여 인터넷 비즈니스 발전에 기여하도록 합니다.
④ 본원은 이용자가 원하지 않는 영리 목적의 광고성 전자우편을 발송하지 않습니다.

제10조 회원의 이메일 및 비밀번호에 대한 의무

① 본원이 관계 법령, "개인정보보호정책"에 의해서 그 책임을 지는 경우를 제외하고, 자신의 이메일과 비밀번호에 관한 관리 책임은 각 회원에게 있습니다.
② 회원은 자신의 이메일 및 비밀번호를 제3자에게 이용하게 해서는 안됩니다.
③ 회원은 자신의 이메일 및 비밀번호를 도난당하거나 제3자가 사용하고 있음을 인지한 경우에는 바로 본원에 통보하고 본원의 안내가 있는 경우에는 그에 따라야 합니다.

제11조 공개 게시물의 삭제

이용자는 공개게시물의 내용이 공서양속에 위반되거나 범죄행위와 관련이 있거나 다른 회원 또는 제3자를 비방하여 명예를 손상시키는 내용에 해당하는 경우 본원은 회원에게 사전 통지 없이 해당 공개 게시물을 삭제할 수 있고, 해당 이용자는 회원 자격을 제한, 정지 또는 상실시킬 수 있습니다.

제12조 저작권의 귀속 및 이용 제한

① 본원이 작성한 저작물에 대한 저작권 기타 지적재산권은 본원에 귀속합니다.
② 이용자는 홈페이지를 이용함으로써 얻은 정보를 본원의 사전 승낙 없이 복제, 전송, 출판, 배포, 방송 기타 방법에 의하여 영리 목적으로 이용하거나 제3자에게 이용하게 하여서는 안됩니다.

제13조 분쟁 해결

① 본 이용약관에 규정된 것을 제외하고 발생하는 서비스 이용에 관한 제반 문제에 관한 분쟁은 최대한 쌍방 합의에 의해 해결하도록 합니다.
② 이용자는 홈페이지 이용과 관련하여 불만이 있거나 의견을 제시하고자 하는 경우에는 전자우편으로 홈페이지에 대한 불만사항 또는 의견을 제출하면 됩니다.
③ 본원은 이용자로부터 제출되는 불만사항 및 의견이 정당하다고 판단하는 경우 우선적으로 그 사항을 처리합니다. 다만, 신속한 처리가 곤란한 경우에는 이용자에게 그 사유와 처리 일정을 즉시 통보해 드립니다.

제14조 재판권 및 준거법

① 본원과 이용자 간에 서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 관한 소송은 민사소송법상의 관할법원으로 합니다.
② 본원과 이용자 간에 제기된 전자거래 소송에는 한국법을 적용합니다.

Article 1 Purpose

The purpose of these Terms and Conditions is to govern the use of Internet-related services (hereinafter referred to as "Services") provided on the website operated by Page Lab (hereinafter referred to as "Company").

Article 2 Definition of Member

"Member" refers to an individual who accesses the website of the company, registers as a Page Lab online member under these Terms and Conditions, and receives the services provided by the company.

Article 3 Sign Up

① Users can sign up by providing their membership information in the form specified by the company and indicating their agreement to these terms and conditions.
②The sign-up contract is established once Page Lab approves the applicant's submission.

Article 4 Provision and Change of Services

① This site offers the following services to its members:
 - Information about medical staff and treatments is available at this site.
 - Various services are provided in collaboration with other companies.
② The company reserves the right to change the services offered in case of unavoidable circumstances. If changes occur, the updated service details and availability date will be announced at least 7 days in advance.
③ The company is not liable for any damages incurred by users due to changes in the service content, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the company.

Article 5 Service Interruption

① In the event of maintenance, system failures, communication interruptions, or other force majeure circumstances, the company may temporarily suspend service provision.
② The company may discontinue current services altogether if it decides to replace them with a new service or for any other appropriate reason.
③ The company will not be liable for any damages incurred by users or third parties due to the temporary suspension of services described in Paragraphs 1 and 2. However, this exclusion does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the company.

Article 6 Withdrawal of Membership and Loss of Qualification

① Members may request the site to cancel their membership registration at any time (withdrawal of membership), and the company will immediately take steps to cancel the member registration of the member upon receiving the request.
② If a member falls under the following reasons, the site may cancel the member's membership.
 - If false information is registered when applying for membership.
 - If the company threatens order by interfering with other people's use of the service or stealing information.
 - If the company sells unverified false information or other unauthorized items.
 - If the company uses this site as a place for medical treatment or advertising for medical treatment that is not permitted.
 - If the company interferes with the website's operation by changing the information provided.
 - If the company uses the center to commit acts prohibited by laws and regulations or these Terms and Conditions or against public order and morals.
 - If the company violates these Terms and Conditions.
 - If the company determines it is inappropriate to continue membership for other reasons.

Article 7 Notice to Members

When the company issues notifications to members, such communications may be disseminated through the email address or telephone number provided by the member.

Article 8 Protection of Member Personal Information

Under relevant laws and regulations, the site protects its members' personal information, including application data. Protecting members' personal information is governed by these applicable legal frameworks and the "Personal Information Protection Policy" established by the company.

Article 9 Obligations of the Company

① The company shall abstain from engaging in any activities prohibited by applicable laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, or contrary to public order and morals. The company is committed to ensuring the continuous and stable provision of services following these Terms and Conditions.
② The company shall take all necessary measures to safeguard the information security of its users by implementing adequate technical safeguards and diligently managing personal information, including credit information.
③ The company shall strive to deliver high-quality services through equitable and sound management practices, accompanied by ongoing research and development efforts. This commitment aims to enhance customer satisfaction and foster the advancement of the Internet business sector.
④ The company shall refrain from sending unsolicited commercial electronic communications to users.

Article 10 Member Responsibilities Concerning Email and Password Management

① Each member is responsible for managing their personal email accounts and passwords, except when the company is liable under applicable laws and the "Personal Information Protection Policy."
② Members are prohibited from allowing third parties to utilize their email accounts or passwords.
③ Should a member become aware that their email or password has been compromised or is being utilized by an unauthorized individual, they must promptly inform the company and adhere to any instructions.

Article 11 Deletion of Public Posts

If the content of a public post violates public order and morals, is related to criminal acts, or defames other members or third parties, the company may delete the public post without prior notice to the member, and the user may have their membership restricted, suspended, or terminated.

Article 12 Copyright Ownership and Use Restrictions

① The copyright and other intellectual property rights on works produced by the company are owned by the company itself.
② Users are explicitly prohibited from utilizing the information obtained from the website for commercial purposes. Furthermore, users must not permit any third parties to reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise utilize this information without obtaining prior written consent from the company.

Article 13 Dispute Resolution

① Except as specified in these Terms of Use, all disputes related to the utilization of the service shall be resolved through mutual agreement to the greatest extent feasible.
② Should a user have a complaint or wish to provide feedback regarding the website, they are encouraged to submit their concerns or opinions via email.
③ In the event that the site determines that the submitted complaint or feedback is valid, priority will be given to the resolution of the issue. However, if immediate resolution is not attainable, the user will be promptly informed of the reasons for the delay and the anticipated schedule for processing the matter.

Article 14 Jurisdiction and Governing Law

① Any lawsuit regarding a dispute arising from the use of the service between the company and the user shall be brought to the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
② Korean law shall apply to any e-commerce lawsuit between the company and the user.

These terms of service are effective as of July 01, 2026, and will remain in use until updated.
