피부결 개선 위한 모공·흉터 치료,
어떤 시술이 가장 효과적일까.

피부결이 거칠어지고 모공이 넓어지며 트러블이 반복돼 흉터로 남는 과정은 겉으로는 표면 문제처럼 보이지만, 실제로는 피지 증가–진피 콜라겐 약화–장벽 손상–염증 흔적이 서로 연결돼 악순환을 만든 결과인 경우가 많다. 그래서 “모공이 커졌다”, “흉터가 남았다”는 현상 뒤에는 재생력 저하, 진피 밀도 감소, 장벽 약화가 복합적으로 작용한다.
이 때문에 특정 시술 하나로 해결하려는 접근에는 한계가 있다. 진피가 얇아진 상태에서 모공만 정리하면 전체적인 개선이 미흡하고, 흉터를 채우더라도 장벽과 염증 반응이 조절되지 않으면 금방 다시 거칠어지기 쉽다. 결국 재생·질감·구조가 함께 맞물리므로 층을 고려한 치료 조합이 필요하다.
